HOMOGENIZER MIXERS
The mixer in a compact, sterile housing made of acid-resistant steel with an automatically lifted lid was created for the needs of small and short series of products in the laboratory, in order to implement and transfer the recipe to production scale after all the required tests and tests. The highest standard of workmanship of the device allows its use in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, and the mobile structure guarantees freedom of movement. The lab homogenizer is designed to take the process from lab scale to production size.
A series of types intended for use in the production of creams and ointments in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries for small and short series of products. The homogenizing mixer is equipped with a mechanically lifted lid with the possibility of working in the atmosphere of negative pressure and overpressure, avoiding the air in the product during an intensive homogenization process and accelerating the emptying stage of thick masses in the event of overpressure. Aseptic workmanship and low surface roughness allow for the production of the most demanding quality products in sterile conditions.
Industrial homogenizing mixer adapted to shift work for medium and large production. It is equipped with the most advanced, high-performance mixing and homogenization system designed to work in a vacuum and overpressure atmosphere. The extensive control system allows you to archive the production stage, enter recipes and supervise the ongoing process via the company's network. User access and login levels ensure full control over product quality. The set with the mixer includes an integrated service platform (depending on the requirements and possibilities of the room), designed to carry heavy loads.
